Hoplands Equestrian Centre is one of the most prestigious equestrian training centres in Hampshire.
All of these facilities are available for hire, throughout the year.

International Dressage Arena
The 60m x 20m International Dressage Arena is available throughout the year
for hire.
It is normally set for use as a long arena, but we can alter the
markers and reduce its length to 40m x 20m given adequate notice.
The arena has a judges box and is within close proximity to our Indoor Arena,
making it ideal for competition use.

Indoor Arena
Our Indoor Arena measures 70m x 25m with a surface of sand and felt.
The arena is fully lit from above and has mirrors stretching the entire
width of the far end. It has an automatic watering system to prevent
dust.

Outdoor Jumping Arena
Our 65m x 65m all-weather jumping arena is available throughout the
year for private hire.
There is a full set of BSJA "Jump 4 Joy" fences including a water tray always
set out. The surface is watered in the summer months and there
is a viewing gallery overlooking the arena available for spectators.

All Weather Gallop
Our 1 mile, all weather gallop with warm-up loop has recently undergone
extensive work to improve the drainage over the entire length of the track.
The rubber surface offers a firm, yet springy base for fast work and the
last part runs up the hill from the corner of the cross country training
ground, providing a good workout.

Cross Country Training Facility
The cross country training facility occupies two large fields towards the
bottom of Hoplands' land. The course was designed and built
by Rob and Sue Bennett, Accredited BE course designers.
There are in excess of 60 obstacles, ranging from 1ft up to British Eventing
advanced level. Fences include arrow heads, corners, trakheners,
"skinny" fences, steps, banks, ditches and a fantastic water complex
with every imaginable route in and out of water.
All fences have sand take offs and landings, and the course is open on
a daily basis.
It is used by riders of all abilities who include
Antoinette McKeowen, Lucinda Green, Pippa Funnell, Lucinda Fredericks,
Matt Ryan and Mark Corbett amongst others.

Loddon Horse Walker
Our Loddon, 5 Horse Walker has been re-sited and is now available for hire.
It is virtually silent and can be set at varying speeds, depending upon your
requirements. The rubber brick walkway ensures an even, springy surface for
the horses while they are being exercised.
